Hall Built Performance Legal Disclosure:

Hall Built Performance provides custom, hand-made performance parts for vehicles. All of our products are made to order and therefore, have a lead time of 3 to 12 months. This means that there may be a delay between the time you place an order and the time you receive your product.

It is important to note that offer order cancellations within the 14 day Buyers Remorse Period. Any order beyond the 14 day BRE period is not available for cancellation due to product materials being ordered/processed.

We understand that waiting for a custom product can be difficult, and we want to keep you informed about the status of your order. However, we will only provide order updates via our website chat or the email address on file for your account. This helps us to keep our communication organized and ensure that we are providing accurate and up-to-date information.

It is important to understand that the hand-made nature of our products means that they may have slight variations and imperfections, which add to the unique character of each item. These variations should not be considered defects, but rather a part of the custom, hand-made process.
